Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@ruhaloudperfume.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to: 18 Lincoln Street, Oldham, OL9 7RN.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including personalised or custom products and opened fragrances or beauty products. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@ruhaloudperfume.co.uk.
